Diced green chilies, cumin, and chili powder add heat to this pork chili.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground pork
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 Tbs ground cumin
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 16-ounce can white beans, drained
  • 1 14-ounce can corn, drained
  • 1 14-1/2-ounce can chicken broth
  • 1 4-oz. can diced green chilies

Directions

  • In large saucepan, brown pork with onion, stir in cumin and chili powder; stir well. Stir in remaining ingredients; bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes, until heated through and flavors are blended.
