If you like mushrooms and green beans, do yourself a favor and make this.

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbs olive oil
  • 1/2 lb mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 12 oz bag frozen green beans, thawed
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/8 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 15 oz can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 lb cooked pasta, your choice

Directions

  • Heat olive oil and add mushrooms. Cook for 5 minutes until they start to brown.
  • Add red peppers, green beans, and seasonings and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Stir in tomato sauce and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
  • Add cooked pasta and stir to combine well
