  • 6 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup fresh, sliced strawberries
  • 1/2 cup gorgonzola cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 apple, sliced thinly
  • 4 Tbs vinaigrette dressing

Directions

  • Toss together spinach, strawberries, cheese, walnuts, apple, and vinaigrette; serve immediately.
