Ingredients

  • 4 1/2 cups diced, cooked, smoked chicken (or turkey)
  • 1 1/2 cups diced celery
  • 2 1/4 cups diced sweet onions
  • 2 1/4 cups chopped, dried tart cherries
  • 1 cup minced, fresh basil
  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 3 Tbs fresh orange juice

Directions

  • Place all ingredients in mixing bowl, stir gently until well combined.
  • Refrigerate until ready to prepare sandwiches.
