Roasted Asparagus
Ingredients
- 1 large bunch asparagus
- 2 Tbs olive oil (or any salad vinaigrette)
- 1 pinch kosher salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Snap the woody ends off of the asparagus and wash.
- Place in a baking dish and toss with olive oil or salad vinaigrette.
- Add kosher salt and toss to coat.
- Cook asparagus for 1015 minutes until it has started to wilt but still has good color. Cooking time will vary greatly depending on size and quantity of asparagus.
