Perfect Guacamole
Ingredients
- 6 ripe avocados
- 2 Tbs chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 jalapeo, ribs and seeds removed, finely chopped (optional)
Directions
- Cut avocados in half and remove core. Scope out the flesh with a spoon and add to a bowl.
- Add fresh cilantro, garlic, lime juice, and jalapeo, if desired.
- Mix well with a fork, mashing the flesh of the avocado. Serve immediately.
