Oven-Roasted Corn on the Cob

Ingredients
- 1 ear of corn
- 1 Tbs olive oil
- 1 pinch kosher salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Clean the corn well with a brush to remove as many silks as possible.
- Coat the corn in olive oil and sprinkle with kosher salt.
- Roast in a 400F oven for approximately 20 minutes, uncovered, in a baking dish, or until a few of the kernels have just barely started to shrink and wrinkle.
- Finish by adding butter before serving, if desired.
