Ingredients

  • 1 broiler-fryer chicken, cut up, skin removed
  • 1 cup R.W. Knudsen Family Orange Mango Juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp grated orange peel
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp thyme leaves
  • 1/2 tsp rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 Tbs vinegar
  • 1 Tbs honey
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions

  • To prepare marinade, mix in a bowl R.W. Knudsen Orange Mango Juice with all other ingredients except the chicken.
  • Place chicken in close fitting bowl or pan.
  • Poor marinade over chicken.
  • Cover and refrigerate for one hour, turning chicken several times.
  • Lift chicken from marinade and drain briefly.
  • Arrange chicken on a lightly greased grill four to six inches above a solid bed of medium coals.
  • Cook for 35 to 45 minutes, turning and basting frequently with marinade, until meat near the bone is no longer pink.
