Lamb Chops with Tzatziki
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 whole lemons, juiced
- 1 Tbs dried lavender
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 jalapeo chile (ribs and seeds removed for less heat), minced
- 1 lamb rack
- 1 cup tzatziki
Directions
- Mix oil, lemon juice, lavender, garlic, and jalapeo.
- Slice lamb rack into chops, and place in a glass baking dish.
- Pour on marinade.
- Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours.
- Remove from marinade and discard marinade.
- Grill over coals coated with grey ash for 3 minutes per side, or to desired degree of doneness.
- Serve with tzatziki.
