Italian Rice Pilaf

Ingredients
- 2 Tbs olive oil
- 2 Tbs butter (or margarine)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 10 oz bag frozen Italian vegetable blend, thawed
- 1 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 1/2 cups cooked brown rice
Directions
- Heat olive oil and butter (or margarine) in a large skillet until butter is melted.
- Add garlic, vegetables, and seasonings. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Stir cooked brown rice into the skillet until combined and heated through.
