Italian Porketta
Ingredients
- 2-4 lbs boneless pork loin roast
- 3 Tbs dill seed
- 1 Tbs fennel seed
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp lemon pepper
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Directions
- Heat oven to 350 F. Combine seasonings together and coat roast with mixture. Roast in a shallow pan for 45 minutes-1 hour (about 20 minutes per pound), until internal temperature reads 150-155 F. Let roast rest 5-10 minutes before slicing to serve.
Serving Suggestion: This flavorful roast makes a simple feast when served with lima beans, mashed potatoes and stewed tomatoes.
