Grilled Onion Salsa
Ingredients
- 2 large onions, sliced
- 2 large tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped, seeded jalapeo peppers
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- Freshly squeezed lime juice, to taste
- Salt, to taste
Directions
- Grill the onion slices.
- Coarsely chop the grilled onions and mix with the chopped tomatoes, jalapeo peppers, cilantro, and cumin.
- Season with salt and fresh lime juice.
