A chunky dip full of broccoli and bell peppers. Make sure to use cilantro—it's the key ingredient!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups steamed broccoli
  • 1 slice avocado (use more if you have it)
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 dash hot sauce
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 1/3 cup frozen corn, thawed

Directions

  • Combine the broccoli, avocado, cilantro, lime juice, hot sauce, and salt in a food processor.
  • Add some Greek yogurt.
  • Pulse in the bell peppers and corn. Serve.
