Fennel Olive Shrimp Skewers
Ingredients
- 8 jumbo (U/15) shrimp
- fennel salt to taste
- 8 Picholine olives
- 8 bamboo picks
Directions
- Take fennel salt and sprinkle generously over prawns. Heat saut pan with olive oil to medium high then add shrimp. Once shrimp are cooked place in fridge and cool. After shrimp are cooled put the olive in the middle of shrimp and place pick through it.
