Ingredients

  • 1 pint oysters
  • 4 Tbs butter
  • 1 quart milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • paprika

Directions

  • In a 4-quart pan, melt butter, add drained oysters, and cook 3 minutes on medium heat or until edges curl. Add milk, salt and pepper, and bring almost to boiling. Serve immediately.
