Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber, peeled and shredded
  • 1 cup nonfat, plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced

Directions

  • Mix cucumber, yogurt, salt, and garlic together in a small bowl.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Serve with vegetables, chips, or crackers.
