Ingredients

  • 10 small corn tortillas
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil for frying
  • 2 large tomatoes, cut into thin wedges
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 1 green chili, chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • Cumin, to taste

Directions

  • Cut tortillas into small squares.
  • Heat oil in heavy-bottomed skillet and fry tortilla squares briefly; drain well.
  • In saucepan, combine fried tortilla, tomatoes, onion, garlic, chili, salt, and cumin
  • Saut for about 5 minutes and serve.
