Ingredients

  • 2 cups fully-cooked black beans
  • 2 mangos, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • 2 Tbs lime juice
  • 2 Tbs cilantro, minced
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cumin

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate until serving.
  • You can eat this right away, but the flavor is best when it’s prepared at least a few hours in advance.
