Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 Tbs whole milk (or half-and-half)
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  • Heat oven to 325F. Break and slip two eggs into each of two lightly greased 10-oz ramekins or custard cups. Spoon milk evenly over eggs. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Bake in 325F oven until whites are completely set and yolks begin to thicken but are not hard, 1012 minutes. Serve immediately.
