Suggested directions:
Making Tea: Simply measure Matcha tea into a bowl or cup. Let boiled water cool to 170 degrees F, and add to tea. Vigorously move the whisk side to side until tea is frothy.
Before each use: Before making Matcha, soften the tines by rinsing or briefly soaking in hot water.
After each use: Rinse in warm water immediately after each use. Shake off any excess water and stand upright to thoroughly air dry.
CAUTIONS: Do not wash with soap or dish detergent as bamboo will absorb aromas. Allow to air dry thoroughly before storing and always store standing on end with the tines facing upward.
