The Chinese have used ginseng root for more than 5,000 years to promote greater energy. Flora Ginseng Rooibos contains white Panax Gisneg, which has been air-dried and not steamed or heated. Rooibos, also known as red bush tea, is an antioxidant-rich, aromatic, caffeine-free tea that blends well with Ginseng.
Adding to the complex richness of the blend are flavorful Lemongrass and Lemon Myrtle. Flora Ginseng Rooibos blend contains 60% Panax, the most potent of all ginsengs.

Ingredients:
Organic Rooibos Leaf, Organic Lemongrass herb, Organic Asian Ginseng root (Panax Ginseng), Organic Eleuthero Root, Organic Lemon Myrtle Leaf (Backhousia citriodora).
Suggested directions:
Bring fresh, cold water to a boil. Pour over a bag of tea and steep 4-5 minutes to desired strength. Squeeze bag gently and remove. Hot or iced, this is a sublime thirst quencher.
