Suggested directions:
Use 1-2 droppers in hot or cold water, or in tea 3-5 times daily. NOTE: Alcohol tinctures should be swallowed immediately and not held in the mouth or under the tongue. Liquid Extract may be diluted with 1 to 2 ounces of water.
