Suggested directions:

Total Body Purifier™: Adult take 1 tablet with breakfast and a full glass of water and 1 tablet with dinner and a full glass of water.
Colon Clear™: Everyone's digestive system is different, so people respond differently to the Colon Clear Formula. (Adult) Start by taking 1 tablet in the morning and 1 tablet in the evening with food and a full glass of water.
If you do not achieve two daily bowel movements within two days, take 2 tablets in the morning and 2 tablets in the evening.
If you still do not achieve two bowel movements per day, then move up to 3 tablets in the morning and 3 tablets in the evening.
You should take both formulas until they are gone. Your supply of Total Body Purifier will last exactly 30 days. Since response is unique, the Colon Clear Formula will last from 15 to 45 days depending on how many tablets you require.
Do not exceed a total of 6 tablets per day. Do not take product for more than 30 days at a time, without a break of 30 days or more.
