Suggested directions:

Wet scalp thoroughly. Apply Avocado Shampoo and massage vigorously. Rinse the hair with plenty of water and apply a second application leaving foam for 3 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with cool water. Follow with the Avocado Seed Oil Conditioner for better results.
